  • Informing you of changes to our services and products
  • To deliver services to you and for you
  • CS Workx BV also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so

No automated decision-making

CS Workx does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programmes or systems, without a human being (e.g. an employee of CS Workx) being involved. CS Workx only uses computer programmes or systems and partners that meet the requirements as described in the General Data Protection Regulation of 25 May 2018.

How long we keep personal data

CS Workx does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected and respects legally imposed retention periods where applicable.

CS Workx does not sell your data to third parties and only shares it with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. CS Workx remains responsible for this processing where applicable.

To ensure that the request for access is made by you, please send a copy of the front of your identity document with the request. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and at the latest within four weeks. CS Workx would also like to inform you that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority:
